There is much mystery and fear associated with the demon. And it is in my learned opinion that this fear exists for good reason. Demonology is an important and fascinating topic for those who care to know more about the enemy who seeks to kill and destroy. The Christian belief is that demons are none other then the fallen angels- loosed on Earth. Those cast, with Lucifer, from heaven for his sin of pride (The 5 “I Wills”) roam the world of the living and can account for ghost stories, hauntings, demonic visitations, and demonic affliction and possession.
