Dark Sky and Eyes of Blue
There you are standing in the wind
Gleaming eyes taking in my sin
Rose lips bitten blood is flowing
Warmth engulfing as the fire is growing
Venus low in the sky and moving fast
Curving the present to the past
We hold our hands- watch the slowest ark
Kiss upon kiss in the growing dark
Juxtaposition and collide
Volcanic eruption but I’m by your side
Spinning in eternal orbit true
The sky is dark but your eyes are blue
The sun will come in the morning brightly
Exposing blushing lovers rightly
Pausing perfect in the balance
Plain as day are all your talents
