Transmission

July 23rd, 2009 | Category: Poem

I’ve lost control of this transmission
Through rampant terror and indecision
I tried to find another mission
But it just wasn’t there for me

Stellar cold capitulation
Aeons pass in indignation
Hesiod’s eternity in blue
That’s the color best for you

Blood red the moon
Stars blink silent agreement
Leave the ledge at once
Start your descent into the twilight

Sublime all the time
She floats in the Milky Way
Billowing in vacuum
Silent and beautiful

I’ve lost control of this transmission
Plato’s ideological indecision
Sacramental is the mission
But it just wasn’t there for me

Bloody moon and a blue dress
Twilight as you undress
Leave the edge at once
Descend into darkness with a warm heart
